Terra Pilates Studio – Client Policies
1. Class Reservations & Payment
• Class reservations can be made through the following channels: Instagram direct messages,WhatsApp messages and Terra Studio’s official website.
• Confirmation & Payment - All reservations are confirmed only upon full payment.
• The Studio does not provide cash or monetary refunds for cancelled classes, including cancellations made within the permitted notice period.
2. Cancellations, Rebooking & Membership Pauses
• Clients must notify the studio at least 10 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made within less than 6 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
• Where a client cancels a class within the required notice period, the client will be eligible to rebook one alternative class of equal value, subject to availability. No cash refunds will be issued.
• All pause requests must be made in advance or as soon as reasonably practicable and will only take effect upon confirmation by the Studio
• Clients who are travelling or medically unwell may request a temporary pause of their membership package. Such requests must be submitted directly to the Studio and are subject to approval and applicable terms.
3. Dress Code & Equipment
• All clients are required to wear grip socks for hygiene and safety. These help provide traction and reduce the risk of slipping.
4. Health & Safety
• Clients must inform the studio and instructor before class of any pre-existing injuries, physical conditions, or medical concerns that may affect participation. This ensures personalized modifications and injury prevention.
• Clients who are recovering from a contagious illness, are unwell, or have an injury may be restricted or denied participation in group classes where attendance poses a risk of contagion to others or may compromise the client’s own health and safety.
5. General Studio Etiquette
• Clients are required to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other clients and instructors, including maintaining acceptable noise levels during sessions.
• Clients must comply with all instructions issued by the instructor at all times to ensure personal safety and the effective operation of group classes.
Clients booking and participating in any Terra Studio class or wellness service, acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these studio policies.
